I worked out 20 minutes a day 6-7 days a week and tightened up my nutrition. Still enjoyed a couple of date nights, a night out drinking with friends, and you’ll never make me measure peanut butter 🤪 but yes I have been really focused during this program. You can still meet your goals and have a life but there are times when I dial my nutrition in to get the best results possible 👏🏼 I’m finally starting to feel like myself again and that feels pretty freaking awesome.

Mom fail #8262918. We were supposed to go to a birthday party yesterday but I got my times mixed up so we didn’t make it. We were already in the car and everything! I was looking forward to Lucy meeting new friends but #mombrain is so real guys 😩 nonetheless we still had an amazing weekend since it was spent with dada and a very special participation of ninong @karlstravels which doesn’t happen always! My take away from this mess is to always remember to jot down party times and never rely on memory bec it’s a joke. 😂 #happysunday
