Happy happy Monday friends! Training in the morning is totally my thing for a productive day. 🤗 I just feel so much more clear headed when I can start my day #MOVING ! I’m totally seeing change & less inflammation in my overall physique by adding in my all time love / hate style training... circuit training! 🙌 I finally feel comfortable jumping around again and upping the intensity in my workouts. At first, my chest felt so weird doing more circuit style training.. but now I feel great! I even did sprints a few days ago for the first time and holy shizzz I was loving my life implant free sprinting! 🏃🏻♀️ I love a solid weight training session, but circuits are my jam for fat loss and just feeling my best overall with performance! This little drink right here is an interesting one, but a delish one... A golden milk iced coffee latte. 😍 Turmeric (golden milk) is actually amazing mixed with coffee & has so many health benefits! It’s an herb that’s extremely anti-inflammatory, it can help stabilize blood sugar & can help support liver detoxification to name a few! @vitalproteins products are a staple for me as many of you know. I consume it daily for digestive health, my hair, skin, nails & joints. Here is how I made this drink below!👇
💚 ice in a cup with your desired amount of cold brew coffee.
💚 take a dairy free milk of choice, put in a blender & add in one scoop of @vitalproteins collagen creamer (this is dairy free and I used the vanilla flavor).
💚 add in the blender 1 scoop to 1/2 scoop of collagen peptides or gelatin (gut health at its finest).
💚 1 tsp of turmeric powder. I use the golden milk @gaiaherbs brand! Amazing taste.
💚 after blended, pour over ice & coffee top with some cinnamon & enjoy!

Hamstrings on FIRE! 🔥 No joke left my legs feeling so fatigued walking out of gym. 🙌😂 SAVE to add for a hamstring focused lower body workout!
3 TOTAL SUPERSETS! I did a total of 4 sets of each exercise & went high volume keeping the reps between 15-20!
1️⃣ single leg dumbbell deadlifts. This exercise is a MUST for me on any hamstring focused day. Doing it single leg helps me isolate the hamstring more!
2️⃣ wide stance dumbbell pull through pushing the dumbbell back through your legs for a deeper stretch on the hammies & focusing on the weight in my heels coming up!
1️⃣ dumbbell hamstring curl with hips ON the bench! Focus on keeping your hips “pushed down” into the bench so it’s full tension on the hamstrings. I’m using a 15lb dumbbell for this!
2️⃣ dumbbell hamstring curl with hips OFF the bench! I dropped the weight using a 10lb dumbbell for this one since it’s more challenging. Come down slow and controlled and this will demolish the back of your legs! Don’t underestimate the 10lbs!
1️⃣ single leg hamstring bridge. This movement is great to add in even though it’s non-weighted it’s an awesome finisher!
2️⃣ stability ball hamstring curl. I couldn’t do more then 10 reps for this one because I was dyinnnngg lol, start with your feet straight on the ball and curl heals in towards the hip, keeping your booty up!

Feeling all the booty burn on this fine Monday! 🤗💁🏻♀️ I haven’t done sumo deadlifts / deadlifts in monthssss, so I’m deff going to be feeling this one! Since I wasn’t going super heavy with my deadlifts, I was more focused on time under tension & slowly getting back my strength back up with these movements! I went lighter higher rep and did a plyo exercise in between to get my heart rate pumping! ❤️ I’ve also found doing lifts combined with plyos in a workout revs up my metabolism big time! Soooo give this a save for your next leg day!
SUPERSET NUMBER 1:
1️⃣ 4 sets, 15 reps sumo deadlifts
2️⃣ 4 sets, 15 reps pop squats
SUPERSET NUMBER 2:
1️⃣ 4 sets, 15 reps deadlifts
2️⃣ 4 sets, 15 reps kettle bell swing (focus on squeezing your booty at the top)

Woke up to full blown winter snow storm today... I’m sorry, but winter should NOT be coming mid April. 😭 Turned my day around with a sweaty gym session that always makes me feel much better + came home to make this delicious simple plate of goodness! 😋
I had 2 slices of @littlenorthernbakehouse gluten free bread, scrambled up 1 whole @vitalfarms pasture raised egg & 2 egg whites cooked in ghee butter and sprinkled (like a lot of sprinkled) with @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning &&& spinach because #health 🤗 What’s on everyone’s Sunday schedule?!
