we will start saturday morning at the new beautiful @vitalproteins HQ for a chatty talk getting to know one another and sharing WHAT fitness has taught us, there will be gift bags, lots of tasty & healthy treats (made by yours truly 😜) coffees, matchas and more! we will then head over to @getinmode for a kickass workout with a DJ playing the best music to push you though, VP collagen waters and some of my fav energy boosters so you’ll get the most out of your workout! lunch & fresh suja juices will be catered after by @foodbyfare and I promise you will LOVE what these chefs put together!
after, we will head back to VP’s HQ for an open Q&A with me! ask me all the questions and lets get personal 😬rest time & relaxing before we all head to dinner together for a night with new friends!
we will top it all off with a sunday morning spin class led by my favorite @nikikleinberger that is going to take place at @studiothreechi lincoln park! after we will replenish with @grazechicago protein smoothies and create your own acai bowls!

Today was a victory.. I washed my hair & put on self tanner so I decided to go shopping 🛍😂 fun fact, I actually can’t stand shopping or the mall 😑 & second fun fact, I like to dress pretty simple.. (jeans and plain shirt kinda gal) this little floral pattern set is very far from simple 😅 but... I decided to go for it and gave it a go, & actually ended up loving the fit and style. I sized up in the shorts because baggie is my jam and sized down in the top because I don’t have melons anymore 😜 I feel more & more confident in this body of mine!

This is my go to staple drink and is packed with some amazing benefits! Matcha is rich in antioxidants and actually comes from the entire tea leaf, it’s ground up & made into a fine powder that’s much stronger then just stepping green tea in water.
You can simply add hot water / milk & your matcha to make a tasty drink! I like to add a bit extra because I’m extra like that...😉
My fav way to make a matcha latte!👇✨
STEP 1: heat up hot water & a dairy free milk. I like to do half water and half milk to make it extra creamy. My go to milk choices are: coconut milk, almond milk or oat milk!🥛
STEP 2: add in 1-2 tsp of matcha powder. Make sure you are getting high quality pure matcha powder for all of the benefits💥
STEP 3: I add in collagen because why an extra boost of love with protein for my hair, skin & nails? @vitalproteins collagen creamer in coconut & vanilla flavor are my favorites for matcha lattes! Plus they make your matcha extra foamy🤤 #thatfoamtho
STEP 4: for a boost of nutrients I add in @foursigmatic matcha blend that contain adaptogens and maitake mushrooms! 🍄 I promise your matcha won’t taste like mushrooms. Adaptogens are simply herbs that help regulate things in the body like stress and maitake is also packed with soo many health benefits!

I’m not exactly where I want to be but I know I’m getting better everyday. Please keep reading 🖤 If you’re new to following me (hi!) or if you’ve followed me for some time you know I went though some difficult shit over the past few years. Emotionally physically & mentally it’s been draining on me. I want to use my platform to encourage people and help those in need. I don’t want to dwell on things that I’ve been through / what I’m going through but to be honest with you guys, showing you the parts of my life where I’ve felt broken or hit rock bottom is shaping who I’m becoming today. To only show you the times when my life seems to be going ‘great’ would be wrong because life doesn’t work that way. I want to say thank you to everyone who’s stuck by my side in these different stages of my life. You’ve seen many transitions & changes but I’ve always been who I am to my core & I appreciate those who see that!
I have felt so inspired knowing that sharing my story the good and the bad can hopefully help some of you in anyway. Stay hopeful, stay positive and keep on fighting no matter what battles you’re facing. I promise there is a light at the end of the tunnel and your journey getting there is the greatest lesson! ✨ love you all so much.

Come take a look at what foods I consume / my grocery haul video now live on my YouTube channel! 🎉 I get asked often what foods I eat or what I follow... example: counting macros, a high fat keto diet, a paleo grain free diet, a bro ‘clean eating’ diet, a whole food plant based way of eating or a whole 30 diet & so on... to be completely honest with you guys, I notice when I limit myself to certain things or get in my head something like: “I’m following a paleo diet I can’t have white rice, that’s a grain” I’ll actually just drive myself more crazy because I think I ‘CANT’ have it... when really I love white rice and it actually works great for me and my body. THERE IS SO MUCH INFORMATION OUT THERE NOW A DAYS! You can’t follow what someone else does exactly because it honestly might not work for you. I always tell people this is just what I do and this is what works for me! Trial and error / figuring out what foods your body does better with is the way to go.. TRUST ME. #throwbackthursday to that one time in Paris 😍 Absolutely loved this trip with my hunny @rebeccaedale 👯♀️❤️ we laughed, we ate... (lots), we walked the city, we explored, had awesome wine & made amazing memories. Took this trip last year right after I went through a hard time and big changes..
