As the clock hit midnight we both felt the ocean calling our names. Surrounded by our close friends and family, I took Tessa’s hand in mine and we ran for the beach. Dark water has always been a fear for me ever since I was a child. Fear of the unknown... That night I overcame that fear. I knew exactly where I was going and I had nothing to be afraid of. Happy one year anniversary my love 💘 06/03/19
2.1 billion people worldwide don’t have access to safe water... What if a single toast could provide a week’s supply of water for someone in need? Now it does. Post your #RaiseitForward photo by Earth Day – April 22nd and @absolutelyx@waterforpeople will send a week of clean drinking water to those in need 💧💙
This is the first picture I ever took of Tessa - taken at a party in The Dream Hotel downtown three summers ago 🔮 Around this time I was very lost... late nights, bad habits, toxic people - dazed and confused inside a vapid and hollow world... It was just our second encounter, but she brought me this instant sense of security in a sea of familiar strangers. Darkness and ego was swimming all around us, but in this very moment it was just me and her: the beginning of our narrative ✨ #WeDontSmokeAnymore 🚭❣️
Last June, Tessa and I went on #TheAsianExcursion for our honeymoon. We backpacked through Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia, completely submersing ourselves in their cultures ✨ Our journey started in Tokyo - from getting up at 2:30 am and waiting online for five hours at the fish market to try what was supposedly the most incredible sushi in the world 🐟 (and it was!), to drinking tea in the early morning on the riverbanks of Kyoto, tuk tuk rides through the Bamboo Forrest and misty boat rides in the rain, to the train rides to Nara for an afternoon with wild deer... exploring these cities and experiencing their walks of life was such an incredible way to further our bond. Here’s a little taste from our time in Japan. Somewhere where we could both honestly call home someday. ✨🇯🇵
For those of you who don’t know, I am a horror film fanatic. It all started when I was 6 years old. I was on a play date where my friend tied me up in his room, put on Child’s Play and left the room, forcing me to watch it alone... I remember shutting my eyes and feeling my heart thump against my chest as my hands were bound, so I couldn’t use my fingers as ear plugs.... I could have screamed to get my friend’s mother’s attention, but I chose not to. It was a real tug and pull - I was terrified, yet I loved the adrenaline rush. In that moment, my love affair with horror films was born. I then jumped into all of the classics like, The Exorcist, Rosemary’s Baby, Psycho, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre to name a few. Here’s a behind the scenes photo of Stanley Kubrick and Jack Nicholson from one of my favorite’s, The Shining 🔪 What’s your favorite horror film?
Since we all had that nice breather from the gram a couple days ago, I didn’t get to post this one ✨ Happy Birthday mom! I’ve always loved this picture of you. I believe it not only captures your beauty, but the beautiful light that radiates around you ✨ We love you @kathyhilton 💖
St. Patrick’s Day landed on one of the first dates Tessa and I had. Since then we’ve kept up the tradition - watching the parade on 5th then finding the oldest Irish pub we could come across where we’d indulge in our fair share of corned beef, cabbage and potatoes ☘️
