As the weather gets warmer, you know you’ll be spending more and more time outdoors. That also means being in contact with more free radicals like pollution, UV exposure and dust, to name a few.
That’s why I boost up my Vitamin C skincare during the summer! In addition to ani-aging benefits, Vitamin C is great for protecting your skin from damaged. That’s why I love the @dermae citrus peel! It leaves my skin baby smooth while having added Vitamin C benefits.
If you’re looking for a light peel you can do once or twice a week check out an @ultabeauty store near you and see if you can spot me in the DERMA E isle too ;) #DERMAE#ad

ARE YOUR LEGS READY FOR SUMMER? During the warmer months our legs are out for the world to see! So why not get them summer ready with these easy steps. When getting ready to shoot this @thelineanddot yellow number I did the following:
1. Dry brush before you jump in the shower.
2. Use a body scrub if you forgot to dry brush.
3. Use a nourishing body oil.
4. Make sure your hair free (before I started laser hair removal, I hated to shave during the summer because I had to do it so frequently and I would always get a rash from the razor and would hide my legs the first day after shaving. So I started using an epilator for longer lasting results and less irritation. Definitely go buy one at your nearest CVS or Walgreens and if you don’t like it return it.
5. Use a cellulite cream to help with the back of the legs if it’s an issue for you.
6. Workout to keep those legs as toned as possible. (Find a workout that doesn’t seem like work)
7. Fake tan (find a good sunless tanner that you love and make sure to use a tanning mit to avoid orange hands) #helpfultips#beautytips#galofthemonth
From lemon orchards in Orange County to south of France for a fun little trip! This month is full of traveling 🧳 so stay tuned! First up Monaco! #traveldiary#monaco🇮🇩 any recommendations while I’m in the area?
SELF CARE should be more than a buzz word. It is necessary and important so we don’t BURN OUT. The older we get, the busier we are. But being busy shouldn’t be a bragging right. We need time to focus on us and what feeds our soul. This whole month I’ve creating non stop content to share with you. I’ve been planing for my trip to Europe and dealings with some major bullshit. But I knew that today was gonna be for me so it was the end goal to a hectic month full of more downs then ups. In a week I’ll finally be with my husband and be able to visit my family in Europe. So today is a #selfcareday getting ready for that. Getting my brows done (@lilymaldonadobrows ), hair trim (@nicolasfloreshair ), nails (@essie )... if I have time a massage but probably not▫️what’s your favorite self care ritual ❓
TO KEEP OR NOT TO KEEP? That is the question. I LOVE My bangs but summer is coming and frankly I get so bored with my hair I constantly change it. Some may say it’s the Gemini ♊️ in me but not sure I believe in all that. Either way, I need your help in deciding if I should start the grow out process or stick with the bangs for a while longer❓ Leave me a comment below with your options. 👇🏼🙏🏻 #bangsbaby
ARE YOU KIND TO YOURSELF? Do you criticize yourself more often then being kind to yourself? I’m often very critical of myself, my choices, my actions... and I have to CONSTANTLY CHECK MYSELF because that only leads to stress and contempt. One area we all tend to be EXTRA CRITICAL is in the way we dress and the way our body looks in clothing. Think about how many negative thoughts you have in connection to your clothes and body. It’s truly A LOVE / HATE RELATIONSHIP. Part of the “growing up process for me was realizing I don’t necessarily have to show off my body to feel attractive and confident. IN FACT, wearing clothing that is better fitted and more suited for your unique body type will increase your confidence, I PROMISE! So I wanted to remind you, the next time you are shopping to choose the size up if it fits better. When clothing is too small they hug us in the wrong places and then we become insecure by our own doing. If you see me in person your would probably assume I’m a small but I often buy medium in certain items like non-stretchy skirts, jumpsuits and pants because my hips don’t properly fit in a small. And THATS OK! This beautiful @thelineanddot jumpsuit is a piece of clothing that makes me feel confident and powerful. It’s FLATTERING and has movement in all the right places because that’s the kind of pieces that should be in my closet and in yours. When the brand reached out to be their May Gal of the Month I was so excited because their clothing always fits right and makes me feel good wearing them. In fact, I have so many pieces from them in my closet. That’s the kind of brand I can get behind. #galofthemonth
PERFECT IMPERFECTION. It took me a long time to grasp this concept because I don’t easily accept things I don’t have full control over. But now in my 30s I’m more comfortable with an imperfect situation and seeing the beauty in it. I now believe IMPERFECTIONS are actually there for a reason. At least the ones we can’t fix. They are meant to TEACH TOUGHT LIFE LESSONS and make us stronger. It makes you more ACCEPTING of circumstance and gives you the freedom to focus on something new. The younger me would of fought like hell until I won but the current me knows when to walk away from a stalemate in search of one better suited for me to win. This is YOUR REMINDER to find peace in imperfection and focus on what brings your joy instead of stress.
I HAD TO SHARE THIS: “Your problem is how you are going to spend this one and precious life you have been issued. Whether you're going to spend it trying to look good and creating the illusion that you have power over circumstances, or whether you are going to taste it, enjoy it and find out the truth about who you are.” This quote by Anne Lamott really affected me because this WHOLE YEAR I’ve been taking pity on myself because a bunch of things haven’t gone right. You know the saying “WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS?” Well it’s been storming for pretty much 5 months. So I started to focus on all the things going wrong and forgot to be grateful for all the bigger things going right. I’m heathy, I have a great family, I have a husband that loves me and that I’ll be REUNITED with in 2 weeks :) I have the cutest pets in the world and I have an amazing job that allows me freedom to be creative, the ability to meet countless new and interesting people, to build a business on my own, and to connect with you. So TODAY IT STOPS. No more focusing on the bad....from today on, I’m going to ACCEPT THE BAD and FOCUS ON THE GOOD. Question for you now. What are you grateful for❓
