New product I’ve been working on and will be available very soon. Everyone has seen the bullet belt and the variations of it before. Awesome tool to increase acceleration mechanics while applying a manual load to the athlete. The downfall of those is the set up time athlete to athlete, or having to buy a separate belt for each athlete, and most importantly, they DO NOT offer a true resisted to overspeed effect. Watch the video to see mine in action. Goal in this video was LENGTH. Acceleration is the most important quality that any athlete can have, so we train it a lot. Over ground and on our ShredMills. Our most elite athletes get to 5 yards in 3 steps with proper acceleration mechanics. 3.5-4 steps is acceptable for non combine training athletes.
This system is better in these ways:
1️⃣ Can pump through a TON of athletes quickly with one belt⚡️
2️⃣ 160 lbs of bungee cord resistance offers a true slingshot overspeed effect immediately after a loaded sprint. Nothing else does that😳
3️⃣ The bungee makes it a lot more comfortable for the trainer.
4️⃣ Since it’s a one piece unit you can use it in any plane of motion and apply it to your sport.
5️⃣ Cost will be way less than other similar products out there.
6️⃣ It actually works.
Strength, stabilization and balance all in play here with Legend @vitorbelfort Clip1️⃣ shows medicine ball between the knees to get the adductors firing 🔥 while performing Hamstring Bucks. Squeeze glutes at the top. Clip 2️⃣ we are working balance with a Single Leg squat using the Cable Machine to counter balance movement. Bigger the engine (booty) more power production!!!
XPE Tennis Training. Footwork is essential in tennis and understanding how to push off is critical. Notice how she goes to a wide base and then has to cross over to get to her forehand. We teach pushing off the outside foot (her left foot) to gain ground verses pushing off the right foot to crossover.

❤️ this drill right here. Posted on it a few years but didn’t explain it in depth.
One of my favs bc it Incorporates every aspect of speed and agility into 1️⃣ drill. And by utilizing a band, we can exaggerate either the linear acceleration or deceleration component (with band in front or behind).
Couple areas of focus here:
1️⃣ make sure to ACCELERATE into the hurdles. Don’t jog, it’s pointless.
2️⃣ stop on a dime. No false steps once then breaks are put on.
3️⃣ quick as possible off he ground on your hops. Athletes shown are a little gassed 🤢.
4️⃣ quick as possible into backpedal (DB’s can work technique here)
5️⃣ accelerate out of the backpedal explosively each time.
