PICTURE THIS: you eat what you want, w/out any restrictions. Nothing is off limits. You don’t feel the need to have cheat meals. You maintain a physique you’re happy with, feel confident in your body, eat healthy, but also enjoy treats and things you crave. When you do eat the things you crave, you feel satisfied with a little bit, and then move on. You’re not always thinking about food, you enjoy your meals& you’re staying fit. You also naturally want to eat healthier when no foods are off limits!
In the past, you would be “on track” w/ your bland diet throughout the week& then have a “cheat meal” and go completely overboard. You feel like you need to eat as much as you can during this time because you’ll have to go right back to that diet that you hate. Your mind& body feel like you may never be able to eat these foods again, so you eat as much of it as you can to compensate.
When you do this, it actually sets you back because not only did you eat way more calories on average weekly, but you feel restricted, burnt out& out of control. You also start to feel discouraged because your diet isn’t working and you’re not progressing as fast as you hoped.
If you’re still stuck in that second scenario, I understand. It’s extremely common, but guess what? It doesn’t have to be your reality. You can eat foods you love& not feel restricted. You can get to the point where you’re not constantly thinking about food, not scared to eat things you like, don’t go out of control when you “cheat” b/c cheats don’t exist. Nothing is off limits.
Knowing the basics of nutrition& macros will help you live this reality. For myself, i started off in the disordered/restricted mindset & felt free when I moved on to tracking macros. I developed a healthier relationship with food. I then moved onto eating intuitively and anything i wanted in moderation. I had the knowledge of macros/calories so i can maintain my weight/physique effortlessly while still eating anything i want. It’s a process, but something anyone can achieve. I promise! Trust yourself& listen to your body while using the knowledge about food& macros.
Leeegggg day! Still limited with what I can do but we make it work y’all. I literally never day y’all in person so idk who I think I am.
1. Warm up with banded kickbacks and light frog pumps superset
2. Landline squats into Romanian deadlifts

Am I happy with my decision to remove my boobies? HELL TO THE YES. I loved my fake boobs, but there’s something extremely empowering about being 100% ME and loving that. It’s refreshing.
Nine months ago, I was ready to give birth to my precious baby boy that I was so eager to meet. I was nervous of the unknown, anxiety high towards the end hoping that he would be safe, healthy, and I would be a wonderful mother.
The one thing I was sure of, was that I had already done my best to provide the best start to a healthy and happy life. Staying fit and healthy during my pregnancy was the best decision I had made for that, before I truly embarked on the journey of motherhood.
Unlike many women, i was fortunate to have the education i needed to know the answers that many women have when it comes to pregnancy. Many topics including: nutrition, what foods to avoid, healthy weight gain, proper exercise, exercise safety, exercises to avoid, diastasis recti, supplements and more.
That’s why I created the fit pregnancy guide - to help you have a happy and healthy pregnancy.
Staying fit also helped me with my postpartum journey, and that’s a fact! I feel better than ever.
So, mamas - what are some of your current concerns during pregnancy? Or what were they when you were pregnant?
