I have at least 2 meatless meals a day without sacrificing my protein intake. I bedded my bowl with 4 cups of kale (excellent source of protein and nutrients that are a lot easier to digest than meat). I also made my own hummus with chickpeas & tahini sauce; more protein. I had half for lunch and the other half as a snack. How are you getting in your protein for lunch???

- 1 c chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove (i used a lot more then recommended in the video)
- 1/4 c of lemon
- 2 tbsp of water
- salt (i didn’t use any)
- 2 tbs of tahini
