It’s a million degrees here (or close to it) and it’s like being in a sauna with no exit 😥. I’ve just been feeding Zoey ice cubes because our air conditioner does not cover the whole place and she’s a hot lil pooch 🤪.
Oh well though🤷♀️... tomorrow is a new (and hopefully cooler) day lol.
Missing my family up in the keweenaw and hoping I can make my way up there soon to help in any way possible❤️.

Finished off my leg day with this killer 15 minute HIIT circuit & I was DRENCHED. I like switching up my cardio to keep it “fun” & less dreadful. Truth be told, the time goes by so much quicker when you make it into a circuit rather than just jogging, sprinting or walking on the treadmill☝🏼As you can see, I was dripping in sweat 😓 Save this treadmill HIIT circuit & try it out after your workout 💪🏼
🏃♀️Side squats (10-15 reps each side) I did this on 10.0 incline & 0.7 mph
🏃♀️Lunges into glute kickbacks (10-15 reps each leg) 10.0 incline & 1.0 mph
🏃♀️Lunges (10-15 reps each leg) 10.0 incline & 1.0 mph
🏃♀️Sumo squat with a pulse (10-12 reps)
🏃♀️Last 2 minutes, I did 15 sec full out sprint on 10.5 mph & 15 sec rest til I reached a total of 15 minutes for this circuit 👏🏻
