More posing practice tonight... and much better lighting, helping to better see definition. I was a bit reluctant to share these pictures as my *bra fat* is evident along with my 'uhhh' face, with my mouth open... 🤦🏽♀️but I keep reminding myself that even *that* is a part of the journey. Less than 6 weeks to get this waist slimmer and these muscles bigger! 💪🏽
We’re out & about early today ! Felt like a super hero getting lunch packed , load of laundry done, breakfast done, bath for mj & out shopping by 9 am 👌 . This is where I currently stand & I’m so happy with the results I’ve been able to maintain. happy Friday ! ❤️
Something I think people need to get embedded in their pretty little minds... No one walks around looking like the picture on the right, y'all. Unless you're on stage- competing, & this is a pose in your routine. Or, you're just a weirdo who flexes on people in public randomly.
My point is, especially for women--- don't be afraid to lift weights and better yet, lift HEAVY weights. I PROMISE you won't look like a man.
Those "toned" frames you're looking to work toward-- is all thanks to MUSCLE. I chuckle a bit when women tell me they want to get toned but don't want to put on a lot of muscle. I'm sorry, but I don't know what you're talking about!
Muscle makes you "toned." Don't let anyone tell you anything different. Step off the cardio machine & pick up a dumbbell!
