Airbnb practice times as I’m in #oslo for a wedding. I had planned a full 75-90min practice but a 4.30am wake up to get our flight and a sorry needed nap put paid to that. So 20 mins it was!
1️⃣ Full thing
2️⃣ First standing sequence. Which surprisingly included my most hated pose, standing splits. Or as I call it, standing leg somewhat in the air pose
3️⃣ when I’m not feeling full sun sals, this is what I often do instead
4️⃣ Pregnancy fail: transition from cow face pose to lady legs headstand. But turns out I can’t get my knees into close enough to float up anymore. #babybump
5️⃣ A little shoulder opening a long hold crow. Strength comes with long holds, promise
6️⃣ Revisiting and extending the opening standing sequence: I love to do this to see how my body and mind change through a practice
7️⃣ Another pregnancy fail: brain rather than body this time 😂
