Half way done with my one month summer shred! 💪🏾
Throughout the last two weeks I’ve stuck to the same diet. The diet has consisted of consuming 200 grams of protein, 275 grams of carbohydrates, and 60 grams of fat. These numbers have worked for me so I’m going to continue to stick with them for a little bit longer.
