Dips Dips Dips... I used to perform dips a lot included using a belt that I attached weight to. But now I strictly use dips as a warm up exercise. TIP💡 Lean more forward to focus more on the chest and stay more upright to focus more on the triceps.
After sustaining a crazy life altering knee injury last year, it has been a very slow road to recovery (I thought it would just happen overnight)... Physical Therapy with @Eliteorthosport , water therapy / training with @Errrrrrrka , massage lymphatic drainage with @Brothersergey , and chiropractor @Drmahtaban have truly gotten me through each day. I haven’t really known what to post on IG recently because I dove heavily into my physical recovery and focusing on my artwork @beaudunnart , my new business @beausbabes and my family and friends. I had lunch with my friend @idaliasalsamendi yesterday, who challenged me to get vulnerable and share a glimpse into my every day through ups and downs. So here it goes … this was my crazy water workout / therapy with @Errrrrrrka today- I’m learning to rebuild my knee, relearning to walk, and strengthen my body again - all in the water 3-4 days a week (all other days I’m at physical therapy) - this is by far been the toughest year of my life but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?! A huge thanks to my friends /therapists who have helped my recovery and put up with all my crying lol
