When I was in NYC over the weekend, Hayden and I were about to enter a building when I noticed a man on one knee in front of a woman. Without thinking, I threw my arm in front of Hayden (mom-arm style of you know what I mean by that) to keep him from walking closer, while using my other hand to quickly pull up my camera app and get myself in position..... until Hayden said “chill, he’s just taking a picture of her.”
I flashed my eyes back to the guy on his knee to realize he was right. He was just trying to get a photograph of this woman with an angle of the tall buildings behind her. 🤦🏻♀️ But guys I was READY. This is the kind of emergent situation I’ve been training my whole life for. 😂
(This photo is from an ACTUAL proposal, to be clear 😂)
We have some big, beautiful installations cooked up for our brides this year... we can’t wait to share with them, and with you!
Sometimes ya gotta perch on a window sill for the best shot. It was bitter cold outside this day, so we opted for moving some tables in the restaurant and making do for the first look.
Some of my favorite “just married feels” moments from some of my weddings that I have been working on lately ✨This is always one of my favorite parts of wedding days - all of these days were so different with different ceremonies, colors, personality, and so on, but the constant are these pure bliss, gleaming smiles for days🙌🏼
They don’t need to be told how to look this adorably in love, just give them a free moment and a good opportunity ❤️🤗
