You know the usual Monday biznass. After a 12 hour day I just can't get enough. Grip training. Never ending. How many places can you do that thing you do so well? I never want to be conditionally strong or be able to make up any excuses. Train anyhow and you'll never have to make any. Its on me and nothing else. Absolute responsibility. Carry that weight around and soon enough your conditioning makes you strong enough to be free.
