Behind every setback or problem is a lesson. I’ve learned to look st things that way over the years. It’s pretty annoying and very frustrating to break your arm as a surgeon, but trust me a lot of lessons were learned, whether the learning process was pleasant or not . 3 months out now from fracture and dislocation of my left arm, and getting closer to back to my pre-injury status. still a little bit of coordination issues, but overall, the combination of solid trainers working with me and a little bit of patience has paid off. My insanely stubborn personality prob had a little to do with it as well 😂. thanks so much to @email@example.com@hollywoodhino for working with me when i was an annoying invalid . couldn’t have done it without u guys! 👊🏽🙏
It’s #monday again. Im a morning person (as most will testify to that try to talk with me at night without a jack and coke in hand :) Here’s a little information on my latest article on @bustle to those of you that aren’t morning people to help you feel a little better about feeling funky when the sun comes up 😳😬 #health#morning
Unlike most in my profession, I didn’t plan this career for myself long prior. It happened due to a combination of luck from the right exposures, great mentors, and my love for the intricacies of the human body. One of the other things i truly love about it, is that you NEVER know everything, and every single day is a new learning experience, if you are insightful enough to allow that realization. #grateful#stayhumble
Sometimes, you have to let go to gain control of a situation. Thanks so much @theginnishow for having me as a guest. Interviews are always enlightening for me, and sometimes i’m actually not even aware of how much i’ve learned over the years, but speaking about my experiences helps bring that to light for me.
