A wonderful night w/ @mergingvetsandplayers. Was elated to meet so many and let these veterans know about my charity @houndsandheroes Most know I’m the happiest when I’m around animals or our nations heroes. Hearing the stories last night and what these veterans have overcome was beyond inspiring. If people could have the heart, resilience, integrity and class these veterans have our world would be a better place. Thank you to @nateboyer37@semperfi3123@captain_dracula for having me as your guest! Cant forget a huge shout out to @jayglazer for putting this organization together, you are making a difference, you my friend are a true patriot! Much gratitude to all who have served and continue to serve! You are always in my hearts and prayers! ❤️🇺🇸💙

ELEANOR RIGBY needs human kindness NOW!
Shelter sent to shelter vet , please rescues don’t let her die for a skin condition ?
Today I was not helping , going straight inside and getting photos, I have to catch up ... Yea right, I never even made it into the San Bernardino City Shelter and there’s a dog being dragged across the parking lot I had to stop !! ELEANOR RIGBY is a young girl , such a gentle soul, Husky /Shepherd mix , old scarred skin and a halo of fleas all about her , old scarred nipples , been bred too much ! Finder said she’d been abandoned in this busy area over 2 weeks ago and no one helped her till today!
This man found her crossing Highland Avenue where freeway exits and surprised she was still there , witness said been there for weeks people watched her hanging out at Stater Bros. grocery store for handouts!
San Bernardino City Shelter, CA doesn't have many networkers, we really need your help sharing our dogs.
The local rescues are full and we're in big trouble!

Always an amazing time at The Harold and Carole Pump Foundation Gala! So many Hall of Famers in attendance to support including honorees Bill Walton, Reggie Jackson and Rod Carew! One of the best sports events for a fabulous cause, to raise funds and create awareness for the treatment and cure of cancer. We won a couple auction items too 🤗 Thank you to @dana_pump@davidpump7 and @cmpr_ for having me again this year! 💖 #PumpBound
Being a mentor and spending time with these children on “Kids Day” during “National Veterans Wheelchair Games” made my heart smile. Thank you to @pva1946 & @scastle2000 for having me a part of this memorable day! I loved showing these disabled children they aren’t limited to playing sports and that there is a whole world of adaptive sports out there for them! The kids and parents were elated! Such a wonderful day! ❤️🇺🇸

As y’all know myself @theanimallobbyist and former Attorney General, Grant Woods, are assisting @havasupaihorses and we need your help! 🐴❤️Action Alert and Update: “Due to flooding on July 11, public access to Havasupai is now closed through the end of August.” The recent flood has created an opportunity for the 3rd party outfitters to come together and CREATE A PLAN to improve the treatment of these animals, who are suffering greatly for the outfitters’ considerable income.
Here are SAVE’s suggestions to make those much needed changes:
Use a small portion of their profits to hire a professional packer or equine manager! Station one person at Hilltop and one at the campground who have the knowledge and authority to address and enforce rules of operation. These individuals would be answerable to the outfitters, not the tribe. This could also provide employment opportunity for qualified tribal members.
Microchip every equine and acquire a chip reader. This will track the ownership, working hours and condition of each pack animal.
Educate the inspector individuals so they can identify proper condition.
Purchase scales and weigh the gear.
Keep written track of each pack animal and the person/wrangler handling each equine for each trip.
This could be a simple list on a clip board of the date, microchip, yes/no as to if the animal was in adequate condition to make the trek, weight of the pack for that trip.
Ensure that each equine who reaches Hilltop is given an opportunity to DRINK WATER.
Please tag/call/message the outfitters posted below and encourage them to WORK TOGETHER for the benefit of the animals and their source of income!
