More moons in your feed 🌚 🌝 Today I did my first every tapping session thankyou to my girl @teddi.emerald I needed it more than I thought! 💋❤️I feel a sense of complete clarity. The morning was rough, I felt emotional and sporadic, but after chatting, tapping and moving emotions and experiences from the past through energy centers using meditation; and reinforcing positive imagery around each experience and emotion - I felt amazing for the rest of the day. I can’t wait for my next session... I also drove a lot today, Wrote some things down, swam in the ocean, did a boxing class. And just in time for the moon rise took @kovaluvssushi to the beach for dinner, did Tarot cards with gorgeous @anita_ghise - swam and howled under the moon. Saw @gigiringel and I took the same pic today, loled, drove to the gold coast to pick up my lovely man from the airport... and now we’re here, I’m waiting in the parking lot🌙🌝🌞🌚🤞🏽🌴🧿🔮🐍👍🏽😎 What did you do ? ❤️❤️
Tomorrow, Total Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon 🌝 🌏 🌞 Although it is Not visible in the Southern Hemisphere - we are all feeling the effects. The Earth will be directly between the sun and the moon. 🌞 🌏 🌝 Supposedly, during this time you may find it easier to access your shadow side/past - helping us to understand the now by revealing the past... and therefore allowing us to move forward with more clarity and understanding of ourselves and our situations... 🌝 🌚 Lets talk about it! How do you deal with past experiences that may affect you in the now? 🐍🔮🌴 Do you - write it down, burn it, meditate on it, go for a walk and think, forget about it, talk to a friend - or a professional, or a healer? when I am moving, flowing (usually Dancing) is when I feel the best. The most present in the moment, immediately existing in my own body. 🌚 🌙 Here’s a snippet from my creative project for @mdmdance - BACKYARD BALLET - shot by @nicktsindos • creative directed and styled by me @35mimimeter 💕🦵🦆 Being a dancer growing up, I’ve always said movement is my meditation - and it still is. However a friend of mine @lissy_m got me onto the One Giant Mind App, and 4 days in am actually loving sitting for 15 minutes a day with a mantra and letting my mind effortlessly flow, relax and release stress. It’s super easy and guided, you should try it if you have any qualms about meditating like I did! (P.s is not a promo, I’m just sharing something valuable I have learnt with you!) 😂😋 🧘♀️ Especially since I’ve been run down, I haven’t had the luxury of long walks or classes or a hardcore workout to get that “release” ... surprisingly I’m feeling just as / if not more present meditating for 15 minutes each day! 🥊 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️ 🌊 Can’t wait to get back to training though ... hehe 🙃 wearing a custom @mdmdance leotard and shoes
@matteau • It sounds so damn cheesy but I find myself feeling so grounded by simply finding a quiet spot amount at some nature (could be one tree, or 100 trees) rustling leaves.... at a lookout or at the beach, sand beneath my feet, ripples of water licking my toes... 🌊 🌲 🌳 🏝 🏠 sometimes a little walk beneath some trees, down a path - be it 200m or 20m. Just walking and looking up is enough to bring me back into my body. 🐢🦑❤️So LOOK UP and enjoy your moment(s) under the trees today, wether it’s in your school cafeteria, on your way to or from work, outside your window, or if you are blessed with the luxury of time, on your nature walk. 🌞🌳🌎 A wise woman Rita Balshaw once and always says... “All you have is HERE and NOW, so surrender and JUST BE.” I’ll elaborate on this in my next post ... @hippiesinthecity
