For all those asking how I manage to have a small waist, toned stomach & thick legs? Answer is: I have absolutely no idea- what I do know is that 70% of my “fit body” is thanks to Bomb ass Genes- 20% thanks to Crossfit (as I only train 2-3x a wk) & 10% is thanks to what goes in my mouth & out my A$&🤷🏽♀️. NO, I haven’t had ANY surgical enhancements although I’m not opposed to it- (I’m just a chicken shit) or else I would’ve probably already looked like an ant too (no shade thrown AT ALL) like I always say- consistency is key to whatever it is you decide to do in life-if you want it bad enough work for it at YOUR pace. Remember: what works for me might not work for you- learn how your body works, you’d be surprised at the many things our bodies are capable of achieving with the proper training and nutrition. And last- stop waiting for a Monday or beginning of a year to get shit done- get up and start NOW!
