One of the quintessential tourist stop in London is the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace! The troops that guard the sovereign and the royal palaces have done so since the 1600s, and they’ve been guarding Buckingham Palace since Queen Victoria moved in to the palace in 1837! // @kathbrose

It’s not a trip to London without seeing the iconic red phone booths! These unmissable telephone boxes all around the city were designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott for a competition in 1924, and London has been dotted with these pretty red structures ever since! // @leaguetravels
