What’s the authentic Chimichurri?
When I was in Argentina seven years ago I fell in love with the way they barbecued, that was also the first time I tried Chimichurri.
I have tried several different recipes but never had the same taste experience... of course the atmosphere of being in Argentina helped some flavors.
Do you have the “authentic” recipe I’m looking for?
