I know how hard it can be to keep going if you don’t see progress right away, but you will if you stay consistent. I promise! Change takes TIME. Most people give up because they may not see the scale go down or may not be taking progress photos so they don’t even realize progress they’re making when they actually are. Also, not all progress is physical when it comes to fitness.

Try this #shoulder & #triceps tri set on your next upper body day. This means you complete all exercises in a row without resting. THEN you rest and repeat. I’ve been doing more supersets and trisets since having gray because time is important when you are a #mama. It’s a good way to get in more volume and work in a shorter period of time. This is what my #postpartum guide will consist of - a mix of circuits, supersets to save on time, but also of course the compound movements by themselves when necessary!

But Really, you can work on improving your physique but you can not really change where you do and don’t hold fat, where you gain muscle easiest and where you don’t, and just your structure. That’s just the reality of it. I used to always wish I had legs like this girl, a butt like that girl, abs like another girl, etc. but yanno what? I’m me and it’s important to accept yourself the way you are ♥️ comparing is just dumb even though i still do it because let’s be honest there’s so many hot girls on IG that seem perfect lmao the only thing I could really change easily were my boobs because I bought that shit 🍈🍈 other than that, I’ll focus on being the best me and improving myself how I am 🤗

Haven’t done a #transformation post in a while! Left photo was about one week #postpartum (5-7 days). It takes about 6 weeks for your uterus to completely shrink after giving birth which is why you still look pregnant for a while 🤷🏼♀️ Right photo was maybe a week or so ago, which was about 3.5 months postpartum! I think there’s about 12 lbs between photos. I don’t really know but who cares. Muscle memory is pretty cooool. You don’t realize how much progress you’re making when you look at yourself daily. I know for me I was like damn why am I not where I want to be yet? Well bitch, you just had a baby 3 months ago and you did make progress you just don’t realize it - me, to me 😂 training hard, eating good, and patience is keyyyyy. the human body is damn incredible!!!! I love fitness!!!!! And health!!! And nutrition!!! And being a mom!!! And my body!!! Go me!!!
