There are going to be mornings you’re not motivated and feel like you don’t have it. We need to constantly remind ourselves that we are a work in progress, results don’t happen overnight. Once you realize that it’s a marathon and not a sprint, you can better appreciate every step of the way. Don’t get discouraged if you aren’t seeing immediate results; don’t be scared of failure. Instead, grow and learn from the process, and continue on the path to become the best version of you.
