typically associated with photos of women wearing cosy sweaters, trying to convince you to buy candles or home-spa-products...
But that’s not what self-care is.
Self-care/self-love isn’t luxury, it’s a necessity.
It’s how we look after ourselves, making sure we’re doing okay, and manage our physical/mental-health...
