@flexatronrhoden we met December 3rd 2017 and from the get go we got along. Your sense of humor and character is everything the sport of bodybuilding needs now and for a long time so long we want to build an international community that gets along and does well. And most supports each other. Your humility, speaks volumes. Having won my IFBB Pro card not just at your show but also the year you became Mr Olympia will forever be a historic year for me. 2018! What a year.

There is a process that it takes to change your body. However, Your fitness goal may require a big change or a small one, but either way there is a process in order to get there. There is always a starting point. .... now if you are just starting to get into fitness and health then maybe your next question is, “well how do I do that? “.....
This is how I start :
- 1) DRINK MORE WATER 💦 (the more the better, add bcaas for taste and muscle recovery )
- 2) CLEAN UP YOUR DIET: add more leafy greens (my choices : spinach , asparagus, broccoli )
- With each meal have a protein (my go tos: chicken, salmon, flank steak; tilapia if I’m leaning out) @trifectasystem - Have a solid carb with 2 of your five meals (my choices: rice , sweet potato, oatmeal, cream of rice) -add on good fats (almond butter , avocado, good oils , nuts ) @oatking - ~ounces and amounts depend on each individual - 3) GET ACTIVE: start with getting to the gym at least 3- 5 times a week and focus on full body or choose one body part each day you train : leg, arms, back etc. .
. - You may be wanting to do a bikini show , or compete in men’s physique, to become a professional body builder and or you may just to tone and tighten. But you have to start from somewhere, even I do. (Both pics from this last year)
YOU have the power to choose how your day is going to go. Obstacles may and more then likely will come in your way, but YOU and only YOU can choose how you will react or handle them. Each day when you wake up YOU control your attitude , YOUR lifestyle and YOUR outcome. Make the choice for a better today.
