It’s been about a month since starting the #12wkchallenge w/ @sweat and I feel like my abs are finally starting to peek through, which is amazing because I haven’t changed my diet very much. Organically, I eat relatively clean as a vegan (pun intended)
But, workouts that are consistently challenging are what work best for me.

I was all, it’s Wednesday let’s do dinner at this spot in the UK. HA, jk, but seriously we’re jet lagged af and coping with it by stuffing any and all vegan goodness into our mouths and washing it down with the blackest of coffee. 🍽☕️
