I think one of the greatest things in life is setting your mind to a dream & accomplishing what you set out to do! I had a heart to heart talk with a friend the other day before I went into the gym, I told them that I miss training like I used to when I had the goal of stage in mind. Not saying I need the stage at all to motivate myself, but there was something about giving it your all day in and day out to step on stage.. no excuses. When you get up there after weeks & weeks of pushing your body and mind to an extreme it was a surreal feeling of accomplishment. Having that drive and passion at such a young age when I first started competing really planted a seed inside of me to always go after what you want. In the past my goal was to step on stage and be the best.. that’s why my training was so passionate.. because I had that drive. I am now setting goals to bring my training back to a level of passion like I did in the past. 💜 its all about finding what drives you and going after it. @mrolympiallc#msbikiniolympia
Even though my job consists of being in the ‘fitness industry’... I’m 100% a normal human and have some days when my my motivation is ... blahhhh 👎. With my work & my fitness. It’s all about setting apart your priorities and remembering why you DO what YOU do. To make a difference, to set an example, because you’re passionate about it, because you love what you do. The days I’m feeling “blaaa” I allow myself to feel that way, but also remember how much I LOVE what I do! ♥️ Setting time aside tonight to figure out my schedule / priorities so I’m not overwhelmed & lose motivation! xx how do you guys stay motivated?!

How do you build that ‘S’ shape + strong curves? 💪 This is a very common question I get from so many women looking to get into the gym & dont know where to start!
If I had to pick one thing for anyone just getting into their fitness journey or looking to change their shape it would 100% be consistency! When it comes down to it, building muscle and shaping your body takes TIME as well as a lot of effort. I definitely didn’t shape my legs, glutes, shoulders and so on by doing nothing... I put in SO much work + years of training to add shape & lean muscle to my body. Am I super “shredded” currently? Not so much, but I am very happy to be getting my shape & adding some muscle back on with consistency in my training & nutrition! I can’t tell you how much being consistent at those two things alone WILL pay off! Feeling strong and healthy from within again is the best feeling!💕

Just a few of my fav peachy staple exercises to add into your next bootayyy/leg/lower body day. 💜 This is the time of year to make those booty gaizzz girls AND boys. I know you all are consuming extra holiday treats as am I, Soooo let’s put it to workkkk 💪🍪 I can honestly say I had the smallest itty-bitty peach before I started training consistently... (swipe to see my first ever show that I competed in peach picture 😂) Even before that, I didn’t have that perky round bubble butt.. was just small and somewhat flat. It took time to build my lower half. Having consistency with training obviously & HOW I train had the biggest impact on my shape overall. Soooo...with that being said, add these fav exercises of mine into your training to get those leg & peachy gainzzz🍑🏋️♀️😬
1️⃣ kick backs leaning forward so all emphasis is on the glutes & not lower back
2️⃣ reverse hack squats
3️⃣ leg press feet high & wide or shoulder width depending on where you feel it targeting more in your glutes & hamstrings
4️⃣ lying leg curl with a hold at the top and driving your hips more into the bench.
