What people don’t see on my Instagram feed is what I do outside of “fitness”. You don’t have to be a trainer or a competitor or a fitness model to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. Trust me, I do it everyday.

For the vast majrity of people, fitness is a part of their life... NOT their entire life. Many of you have demanding careers, families, and more that you focus your attention to. BUT, that doesn't mean you have to let those be your excuse to not be healthy, be fit, and give yourself time to escape.
