Found a old clip from Golds gym posing room. Can’t wait to be back training upper body I think it will be at least 8-10 weeks before I can start lifting again. Just Need to be patient and see the physical therapy thru each day. #motivationmonday
Goodbye Russia, thanks for having me Moscow.. however, I am very anxious to get home now.. There has been so much destructions & devastations where I live.. My hometown and many others had to be evacuated and I am unsure how things are. Im praying for the families affected from this terrible fires and I hope that everybody will be safe and stay away from the dangers.
God bless the firefighters for their hard work and risking their lives in efforts to keep us safe! I pray for the animals at Malibu Safari, Stanley the giraffe will be taken care of and his friends are ok. I’m flying home today so that I can be there, to help the community’s in anyway I can,. Clean up, repairs etc I know there will be a lot of support needed.
If anyone knows where/how to volunteer to help please DM me. Thank you.
What's my advice for someone just starting out in the gym?
- Practice good form/technique before trying to take on heavy weights
. - Warm up stretch properly before starting, drink plenty of water/bcaas, stay focused don’t get distracted by people or CrossFit
. - Prioritize free weights and compound exercises in your program like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, barbell rows, dumbbell curls and presses. These ones help build a strong foundation for you later. If you wanna be big you need to do these ;) .
- Increase your protein intake, especially after a workout
. - And.. enjoy your workouts, have fun, don’t rush. The gains will come it takes time. Just Be patient. It’s a great feeling having muscles.. I recommend them to everyone.
