Today was a long day. I didn’t want to get in the gym but I did. I took this video (and yes clearly I was shy about it) lol but after 3 months of eating bad and not being able to walk or workout because of my injury.. I’ve been hitting it harder and smarter than ever. It’s been just over a week of being able to walk and not cheating once on my diet.. (Although the lord knows I’ve been tempted to haha)
I wanted to stay at home and sleep. But that voice in my head telling me to rest.. I silenced it! And I got my ass to the gym!
I am so grateful to have my health and see my body as a temple so I will treat it as such.
P.s. this is only week one progress 😏😏
