Alright, so Tummy Bootcamp was a fun challenge for me! @flattummyco My fav part though? When I was craving something a little sweeter, I’d try a new recipe for their shakes and I def had some fun switching things up (you gotta try adding banana, mango and ice). And yes, my stomach and my clothes are thanking me. You gotta try this Shake program for yourselves! You can thank me later. 😆 btw I had a little fun taking the before and after photos a little exaggerated 💁🏻♀️ but I thought you guys would enjoy the real side of “bloat” 😝
I’ve been doing @flattummyco’s Tummy Bootcamp for about a week now and I’m so exciting to keep going. After just 7 days, I’m already seeing and feeling the difference with their Shake program. don’t mean to pump myself up too much, but my tummy looks freakin bomb. Not to mention it’s super easy to get behind this program. It’s literally just one shake a day, Monday-Friday. Yeah… it’s literally that easy.
