Today was the 49ers reunion for the Super Bowl XXIX Champions! It was a reunion for me as well as I was an 18 yr old @goldrush cheering on this team from the sidelines. I haven’t seen many of these guys since ‘95 (with exception of my boy Jerry) and it was so nice to reconnect after all these years! Haven’t laughed and smiled this much in awhile. Love that team..one of the best moments of my life. Earning me a Super Bowl ring (2nd pic) from one of the best owners of all time...Eddie D! ❤️🏈🏆💛 #49ers#SuperBowlChamps#Goldrush#FaithfulThenFaithfulNow

The Bureau of Land Management aims to perform dangerous and costly sterilization surgeries on 100 wild mares now being rounded up at the Warm Springs Herd Management Area in Oregon.
Worse: BLM and some in Congress want your tax dollars to pay for such inhumane surgeries on a regular basis. The House has passed a Fiscal Year 2019 Interior appropriations bill that would allow Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke to decide whether herds should be made single-sex or non-reproducing, with sterilization a key tool.
While the Senate's version includes protective language for wild horses and burros, we can take nothing for granted. We must continue to call and encourage lawmakers to oppose normalizing such surgeries when humane, proven fertility control vaccines are readily available.
Call your members of Congress at (202) 225-3121.
Urge your senators to: * Stand strong in Conference committee on the Senate’s language protecting wild horses and burros and on defunding horse slaughter, if the senator sits on the Senate Appropriations Committee (click to see a list of members: https://bit.ly/2J8s6pb )
Urge your congressional representative to: * Oppose the House version of the FY19 Interior Appropriations bill because it contains an amendment allowing for the mass sterilization of wild horses and burros; instead, ask your representative to support Senate language on wild horses being considered by the House and Senate Conference committee, instead.
